Northeast Wisconsin Hmong Professionals, Inc. is seeking a full-time Health Equity & Suicide Prevention Coordinator (“Coordinator”) for the DRIVE Health Project. The project was designed to address the culturally specific mental health needs and health equity concerns of the Hmong community in Winnebago, Outagamie, and Calumet counties to improve their mental and physical health and wellbeing. The Coordinator will join our dedicated team of engaging and elevating our Hmong elders, professionals, students, and our Hmong community.  This Coordinator will develop and implement health equity initiatives that include facilitating culturally tailored programs to reduce suicidal behavior among Hmong communities, assist in the development of internal and external communication strategies on health equity and suicide prevention, and build capacity measures to address health inequities and social injustice within the Hmong community. 

This is a grant funded position; Full time 40 hours/week over the 3-year life of the grant 2023-2025. The position will be based in Appleton, Wisconsin with NEW Hmong Professionals.
